Swedish massage: Light to firm circulatory massage.  Swedish engages your parasympathetic nervous system to relax and sooth your body and mind with a variety of wide sweeping arcs to circular motions and compressions.  Swedish is the basic element of all of my massage work.

Deep Tissue:Relies on contacting the muscles that lie below the superficial top muscles.  Muscles are warmed and softened through kneading to increase the depth of work needed.  I will communicate with you throughout your session to ensure that you are comfortable.  A common misconception is that a massage must hurt to be any good.  This is not true.  Pain is no indication of quality. 

Integrative Massage:Utilizing elements of both Swedish and Deep Tissue massage as well as the use of aromatherapy essential oils if desired. 

Aromatherapy: addition of essential oils and hot towels to your treatment.

Hot Stone Therapy: may be added to any session for an additional $10.00.  Hot stones are used in tandem with Swedish and deep tissue massage for the added benefit of easing muscle tension through application of directed heat.

 

I accept cash, check and charge. A 3% rate will be charged to all credit cards. Venmo, Cash app, and Zelle are also accepted.

 

Tipping is customary but not necessary. Please do not let it stand in the way of taking care of yourself.
